½ cup oats
1 cup milk of your choice (or water)
1 sachet of Empath Cocoa Shake

Toppings of your choice:
- Sliced strawberries
- Almonds
- Chia seeds

Optional ingredients:
1. Melted almond butter

Method

1. Cook oats with water/milk
2. Once oats are cooled down, stir in cocoa shake
3. Top off with your favorite toppings

(optional) Drizzle almond butter to finish
