Most people experience a good cleanse with one sachet, but you may take up to two sachets a day. For those with naturally active bowel movements, a reduced intake of half a sachet is advised. If consuming half a sachet, store the remaining portion in the fridge and consume it within the next 24-48 hours due to active ingredients.
